1. Return Eligibility
You may return your purchase within 60 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, exchange, or store credit, provided that the following conditions are met:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The product must have all original tags and packaging intact.
The return request must be made within 60 days from the date of receipt.
Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox (if applicable), and items that are damaged or worn may not be eligible for return.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Sale items or discounted products (unless defective).
Gift cards or vouchers.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Send an email to Sale@fashiongoodstore.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This is required for all returns.
Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging (including any tags or accessories). Ensure that the item is in unused and resalable condition.
Ship the Return: Send the item(s) back to the specified address using a traceable shipping method. Please retain the tracking number and proof of shipping in case you need to follow up on your return.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet the return criteria, we will process your refund.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing Time: Please allow up to 7-10 business days for us to process your refund once we have received the returned item(s). Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
If you are eligible for a full refund, we will refund the amount of the returned item(s) minus the original shipping charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend that you return the original item and place a new order for the desired product. Please follow the return process above and contact us if you need assistance with an exchange.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at Sale@fashiongoodstore.com. We will provide instructions on how to return the defective product and offer a full refund, exchange, or store credit, depending on your preference.
To expedite the process, please include clear photos of the damage or defect with your return request.
7. International Returns
For international customers, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns. Please note that customs duties or taxes are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Late Returns
Returns outside the 30-day window will not be accepted, and we reserve the right to deny any refund or exchange requests that fall outside of this period.
